How Ayurveda Transformed My Life

When I first discovered Ayurveda, I was simply looking for a way to feel better — more energy, better digestion, a calmer mind. What I found was much deeper. Ayurveda taught me that food is more than fuel; it’s medicine, energy, and balance.

By adjusting my diet to match my Ayurvedic constitution (dosha), everything began to shift. I started eating with the seasons — choosing warm, grounding meals when my body needed comfort. My digestion improved, my sleep became deeper, and I began to feel truly connected to my body again.

Ayurveda changed how I live. It reminded me to listen, slow down, and honor what my body and mind truly need each day.

I am currently completing my 12-hour course on the Principles of Ayurveda, and it has deepened my understanding of how this ancient science connects every aspect of our health — Ayurveda looks holistically on our bodies, in a very universe-perspective. Now, I want to share this wisdom with you.
I will offer a Basic Ayurveda Course, where I will gently guide you step by step to understand your unique body type (Dosha) and find an easy, practical way to adjust your diet and daily habits. Details to follow in 2026.
